By purchasing wine you confirm that you are of legal drinking age (18 years in the Republic of Estonia) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Allikukivi Winery reserves the right to cancel an order and is not liable for pricing errors caused by a system fault or human error.
Tour and glamping bookings are subject to availability. In unforeseen circumstances we may cancel a booking or change the schedule, offering the customer either a refund or a new date.

Allikukivi Winery is not liable for indirect, special or consequential damages. Our liability is capped at the price of the product or service purchased.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law we disclaim all warranties and representations relating to our website. Exceptions are death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, and any liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are settled in the Estonian courts.
