We currently deliver only within the Republic of Estonia. For orders abroad, please contact us separately — we look at solutions for each case individually.
Courier delivery within Estonia costs 9 € for orders of up to six bottles and 12 € for larger orders. The exact amount is calculated and shown in the cart and at checkout before you confirm your order.
We use reliable Estonian courier services so that your wine arrives quickly and safely. We send you a tracking number in the order confirmation email.
Shipments usually reach the customer within 2–5 working days of placing the order. Before holidays and for large orders the time may be slightly longer — in that case we will let you know separately.
Orders are packed and handed over to the courier within 1–2 working days of receiving the order. You will receive an email notification when the shipment is on its way.
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and entitled to purchase alcoholic beverages. The courier may ask for identification on delivery. Alcohol is not handed over to minors; in that case the shipment is returned to the sender.
In some areas the delivery of alcohol may be restricted by law. Check at checkout whether delivery to your address is possible. If you have any questions, write to us.
If a shipment arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible and attach photos to your email. Depending on the situation we offer a replacement or a refund.
Together with the courier we help locate the shipment. If it cannot be found, we offer a replacement or a full refund.
Please check your address carefully at checkout. The cost of re-sending an order due to an incorrectly entered address is borne by the customer.
